此模板生产一个包含条目或者消歧义页面链接顶注；可以接受0-5个参数。

例如通过{{For|同名方剂|红粉 (方剂)}}会呈现：

关于同名方剂，请见“红粉 (方剂)”。

范例

假设页面名称是 红粉 ：

• 第一个参数修改顶注本身因此应该是纯文本，比如{{For|相似术语}}显示结果为:

关于其他用法，请见“红粉 (消歧义)”。

• 第二个参数用于改变结果中的链接，比如{{For|其他用法|青蒿}}显示结果为:

关于其他用法，请见“青蒿”。

• 第三、四、五个参数可以用于给出不同数量的补充链接：

关于其他用法，请见“青蒿”和“雷丸”。

关于其他用法，请见“青蒿”、“雷丸”和“甘草”。

关于其他用法，请见“青蒿”、“雷丸”、“甘草”和“黄芪”。

最后一个通过{{For|其他用法|青蒿|雷丸|甘草|黄芪}}生成。
